Re: QuickBooks Payments Update

I had received an email that an invoice had been paid, but it also had a comment at the top to complete your payment profile so we know where to deposit your money.  I have never changed any banking information in my profile and wondered why I am all of a sudden getting this message.   Do I have to update information that hasn't changed?  Also, it has been 7 working days and I still haven't gotten paid on this invoice.
