Join nowIn QB online, I am having issues getting the sales receipt template to work for a receipt printer vs. a standard 8.5x11 piece of paper.
In QB desktop Pro, I would select, make a sale, enter item numbers, enter payment info, then select safe and print. Don't see how to follow those steps and print on a receipt roll.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) have different features. In QBO, you have the option to choose paper size when printing the sales receipt. Here's how:
However, if there isn't a paper size that is suitable for your receipt printer, I suggest looking for a third-party application that can print a sales receipt on a receipt roll.
