I have 2 questions regarding using the Quickbooks Shipping Manager (for UPS) within Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise 17.0.
1) How do I set it so that the notification option is always de-selected? I always have to manually de-select it and it is quite time-consuming. We have a separate program to notify customers of shipments, I never want this selected. I have attached a picture for reference.
2) How can I set it so the tracking number is always automatically selected to paste to form/invoice? As it is right now, I manually have to select "paste to form" and it is also quite time consuming. Picture attached.
I did not see an option to change these settings. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Any concerns related to Shipping Manager are handled by our QuickBooks Enterprise Customer Care Team. You’ll need to get in contact with a specialist to see if there’s a way to permanently stop the program from notifying you when there are customer shipments.
