Stripe enabled QB Online

In the article posted at it talks about "Stripe enabled QuickBooks Online" and mentions when creating an invoice with an account so enabled there should be a "Online Payments Box with Stripe Pricing" on the invoice.  I have not been able to find anything on how to get our Online QB to be "Stripe enabled".  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Stripe enabled QB Online

It’s nice to see you in the Community, @mrwoodford.

The article talks about enabling and creating invoices for Stripe Payments customers using QuickBooks Online.

You must first set up an account and connect it with QBO to use the option. Here are links from their website that I found while looking for information to help you get started:

Once done, turn on e-invoicing from your QuickBooks Account and Settings. Then, create invoices to begin accepting payments using this option. Refer to this article for the detailed steps: Stripe funding times and credit card processing.

That should answer your concern for today.

Post in the Community again if you need further assistance. I'm more than happy to help. Have a good one!

Re: Stripe enabled QB Online

Are there any plans for true Stripe integration that doesn't require customers to pay a third party (ex. Zapier, Automate) to do so?

Re: Stripe enabled QB Online

Hello dhhagan,

Welcome to the Community. Allow me to step in and provide information about integrating the Stripe app with QuickBooks Online.

Right now, the only available option to sync transactions from Stripe to QBO is by using a third-party that you can integrate with our program. To check if there's a direct way to download the data, I recommend reaching out to the Stripe Support Team.

One of them will be taking over and provide additional information on the possible ways to connect the Stripe data. I'm attaching the direct link to their support website on your behalf, check this out:

In addition to the information above, I'm also attaching the link that'll route to the Intuit App Center:

Feel free to drop by and post your response for any questions about using third-party applications. I'm always available to help.
