Transfer Banking rules in between two accounts of same foreign currency

It’s great to see you in the Community, bustabru.

In QBO, you can configure a rule to apply it to all or specific accounts. However, the option to transfer it between accounts of the same foreign currency is unavailable at this time.

You’ll have to manually create the bank rule and associate it with the other currency. Let me guide you on how to add one.

  1. Go to the Banking menu on the left panel to select Rules.
  2. Click the New rule button to open the Create Rule screen.
  3. From there, fill in the field boxes and set the conditions.
  4. Click Save.
