May I know what happened after the integration? Did you get any error messages or incorrect data? Please let me know more about this, so we can start from there.
Thank you in advance.

Hello, @barkah-ibrahim40.
Allow me to join the thread and share additional insights about setting up a PayPal account to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
This will usually depend on how you set up PayPal. There are two setups that you can follow. It's either Sync with PayPal or PayPal Online Banking. If you have used the Sync with PayPal, then invoices that are paid through PayPal or sales receipts will be created under the undeposited funds where you have to create a bank deposit so it'll be posted on your account.
You also need to create a bank deposit so the sales or payments received will be closed and marked as paid.
For more insights about syncing and connecting to PayPal, you can check these articles:
You can also read this article for your future reference about switching from Sync with PayPal to Connect to PayPal: Switching from Sync with PayPal to Connect to PayPal.
Stay posted if you have any other questions. I'll be right here to help!

we have created paypal checking account in QB it actually worked since after receiving payment in paypal , our paypal checking account in QB are affected , but the problem is the sales receipt aren"t recorded as it was for the payment from stripe
Hi again, barkah-ibrahim40.
Thanks for getting back to the Community and for your your prompt response.
QuickBooks integrate with hundreds of third-party software developers.
When it comes to integrating transactions, it would be best to contact the third-party application provider since the transactions that sync into your QuickBooks Online account depends on the transactions shared from the third party app. They can guide and walk you through on how to handle these transactions.
If there’s anything else you need help with in managing your transactions, feel free to reach back out. Have a great day!
yup , we know that , i think thats why we chose QB for our bookkeeping system , actually i have sent issue to the support and they are working on it , but i hope there might be a solution from this forum . so far i havent been able to get any information from zapier because we have sent the email regarding the matter few weeks ago.
thank you
