I'd like to take this chance to help you with your concern, barkah-ibrahim40.
May I know what happened after the integration? Did you get any error messages or incorrect data? Please let me know more about this, so we can start from there.
Thank you in advance.
Hi, Thank you for your response , actually there are no error messages received , the test run from both stripe and paypal are succeed and affected the QB but in different way , from stripe the payment goes to sales receipt as it suppose to , but from paypal , it only recorded on the balance of paypal checking account that we are created , so the sales receipt are recorded
Allow me to join the thread and share additional insights about setting up a PayPal account to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
This will usually depend on how you set up PayPal. There are two setups that you can follow. It's either Sync with PayPal or PayPal Online Banking. If you have used the Sync with PayPal, then invoices that are paid through PayPal or sales receipts will be created under the undeposited funds where you have to create a bank deposit so it'll be posted on your account.
You also need to create a bank deposit so the sales or payments received will be closed and marked as paid.
For more insights about syncing and connecting to PayPal, you can check these articles:

Hi again, barkah-ibrahim40.
Thanks for getting back to the Community and for your your prompt response.
QuickBooks integrate with hundreds of third-party software developers.
When it comes to integrating transactions, it would be best to contact the third-party application provider since the transactions that sync into your QuickBooks Online account depends on the transactions shared from the third party app. They can guide and walk you through on how to handle these transactions.
If there’s anything else you need help with in managing your transactions, feel free to reach back out. Have a great day!
