Why did my fee go up from when I started

Your discounted period may be over and now you have to pay the regular rate. You may open a new QBO account with the same email address and migrate data from current account.

Are you subscribed to QuickBooks Online Simple Start? If yes, it's possible that you've initially taken advantage of our promotional price which is $12.50 for the first 3 months of your subscription. On the 4th month and moving forward, you'll now be billed for the regular subscription which is $25 per month.
