Received an email to finish my payments set up or my payments account will be terminated and refunds issued to my customers. Thought I finished, not sure what else to do

The emails and in-product notifications state that if the application is not completed within 30 days, funds will be returned to your customers. Therefore, it's important to submit your application within the time frame. What you can do is confirm and complete your Payments setup. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings (Gear icon), select Account and Settings.
  2. Then, go to Payments tab. Make sure all required information is entered.
  3. Then click Done.

  1. Go to the Help menu.
