Yes. Currently, some of our QuickBooks Online Payments users have a limit of how much they can get paid online within a 30-day rolling period. The limit is determined by the processing volume or the online payments you’ve taken for the past 30 days.
Once you reach the processing limit, your customer won’t be able to pay online until it is reinstated. Although, you can still receive cash or check payments for your invoices.
