Hi there,
I was wondering why the fees associated with recurring payments are higher and listed as "card not present". If I go through all the trouble of having clients acknowledge and sign a form approving auto payment... why is it still charged and handled as if it were possibly a stolen card, thus incurring higher fees?
Is there not a way to confirm that the customer has allowed this charge, lowering the liability for QBO and charging the same fee as a "card present" transaction?
