Refunded money shows as reminder for money to be deposited
A customer canceled his reservation with me so I marked the invoice as having been refunded. But now it shows up in my reminders as money to deposit. Why? I refunded the money (credit card) before it ever made it to my bank and it even shows up in reminders as as such, but is still wanting me to deposit the money. Please help!
