I'm trying to figure out how to make a report showing all of my customers (with balances) last payment date and payment amount. I do not want a report showing all the payments -- just the last payment. Thanks in advance.
Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'd be be glad to help share information about running customer balance report in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
You can see all customer balances in QBDT by opening/running the Customer Balance Detail Report. However, it shows all the customer invoices and payments within the date range selected and not just the last payment date and amount.
To open/customize the report showing the last payment date and amount, you may export the report to Excel and make the necessary customization from there.
