Let's get you to the right support team that currently handles the credit card limit processing.
You'll want to contact our QuickBooks Merchant Service Team and sent a request to increase the credit limit. This way, you'll be able to process online payments again.
To do so, you can refer to this link: Contact Payments Support to get in touch with them. I've added the Support hours and types page so you know when you contact them. Just go to the Merchant Services (Payments) section for the schedule.
