Saving new invoice in App no longer moves to invoice screen

I used to be able to generate an invoice in the App, and upon saving the invoice it would move to the next screen where customer can review items, and sign in the delivery. 

Now it stays on the invoice edit screen, and if you click save again it generates a duplicate invoice. I cannot find how to reset this feature.

This might have been triggered by some corrupted QuickBooks mobile app components. To fix this, Let’s clean your app data. 
Here’s how for iPhone:

  1. Select menu at the top right. 
  2. Choose Help & Feedback. 
  3. Select Refresh Data and Refresh.

For Android:

  1. Select the menu at the top right corner. 
  2. Choose Settings. 
  3. Select Refresh Data. 
  4. Choose Yes.

If this won’t workout you can proceed on uninstalling, reinstalling the app.
