I am trying to setup Payment Reminders in QuickBooks Desktop. When I go to the Schedule payment reminders screen, it is completely blank, just one big screen of light grey. I have already changed my preferences to allow for payment reminders. What to do?
I accidentally put this on the Payments board and I think it should go somewhere else but I do not know how to move it.)
Hi there, Paradisos del Sol Winery.
I'll share a few steps that can resolve unusual behaviors like this when using the program.
First, make sure that your QuickBooks is on the latest maintenance release. Here's how:
Once done, proceed to setting up a reminder to check if you can already create one.
Just in case you're still getting a blank screen, let's repair QuickBooks. Let me share this article so you can follow through the steps: Repair your QuickBooks Desktop for Windows.
Also, we're unable to move or transfer a reminder from one are to another. You can make it inactive and recreate it under the correct section. Just double-click on the reminder that you want to move and select Inactive in the drop-down list for Status.

Is there a resolution for this as yet? I have the same problem.
I did update and repair as suggested bu to no avail.
My screen shows some text at the bottom right but cannot manipulate at all and cannot see any fields to complete.
Apologies....some additional research brought me to this resolution which worked for me.
Thanks for joining in on this thread, Andries Nel.
These past QuickBooks release patches should have fix the issues you're experiencing. There's a possibility that there are updates that didn't go through on your system due to firewall or antivirus.
I'd recommend configuring the firewall setup on your system to allow those updates: Set up firewall and security settings for QuickBooks Desktop.
After that, we can update QuickBooks to the latest release again.
If the same thing happens, you can contact our Customer Care Team. They can further review your account and provide additional steps to fix this.
Let us know if you encounter a specific error so we can further assist you.
