Scheduled payment via QBO bill payment online was not sent out.

I scheduled a payment (check) and money was withdrawn from out bank account in December 2020. However our vendor has not received it. I go to Bill Pay Tracker and found the check did not sent out. I cannot void this payment because it's too late to do it. How to fix this problem?

Please not this payment was not made via Bill.com directly, but QBO bill payment online.

Scheduled payment via QBO bill payment online was not sent out.

We don't want you to experience this inconvenience, @usermorita.

 

Generally, if a customer made a payment, it could take up to five banking days for your vendor to receive the payment. Voiding a check can be only be done after 1 am PT on the process date and before 1 pm PT on a banking day before the deposit date. Our team is the best resource for such inquiries as they can access your account and isolate this matter.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.  
  • Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
