Yes, you can definitely do that, simoncb.
You can schedule recurring sales receipts and invoices for your regular customers so you don't have to create one every time. Before diving in, please make sure that you're done setting up the product and service items you sell. When you're ready, follow these steps to be guided in creating a recurring template:
- Click the Gear icon.
- From the Lists section, select Recurring Transactions.
- Click New to create a template.
- Choose Invoice or Sales Receipt from the Transaction Type drop-down menu, and then hit OK.
- Enter the template name, then select Scheduled from the Type drop-down menu.
- On the Options section, mark Automatically send emails.
- Set the appropriate interval.
- Set the Start date to at least one day in the future.
- Change the End date, unless you want this transaction to recur for an unlimited time.
- Click Save template to complete the process.
Please take note that you may need to create several templates if those services have different service dates.
