setting up online payments for HOA

Need help.. I'm wanting to setup online payments for my HOA through QB. 

In the setup screen under business info

business type? we are a NON-PROFIT?

industry? I have no clue what to put here

business address? we dont have a physical address just a PO box.

then under the owners information

who would be the owner of the HOA?

Business type? non-profit, yes, but not tax exempt and you must file tax forms as if a corporation

Industry? are there selections or can you fill in the blank?  Association, Club, Organization

Address? I would think that a physical address was required when registering with the IRS, Default would be the physical address where records are kept by secretary, treasurer, or president

Owner? The HOA must have By-Laws, an operating agreement, directors, officers, just like a LLC there are individuals behind the ownership and who filed the papers to begin with.  Pull a certified report from your state Dept of State to determine ownership if you have come in board years down the road
