All the transactions from your PayPal account should show in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.
Try to manually refresh your PayPal connection a couple of times to pull up these missing transactions. You can do it by following these steps:
Go to the Gear icon of your account.
Select Bank accounts.
Click on the Refresh All button below the Connect another account button.
