Should QBSE import cash sale transactions from PayPal Here that are in PayPal activity?

Let me help you get those missing transactions, @richard-hansen. 

All the transactions from your PayPal account should show in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.

Try to manually refresh your PayPal connection a couple of times to pull up these missing transactions. You can do it by following these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon of your account. 
2. Select Bank accounts.
3. Click on the Refresh All button below the Connect another account button.
