So ***** tired of this company already. It signed me up for some merchant account. I did not want a merchant account. It refuses to cancel and says CALL. So I call. AHHHH!

The freakin robot cannot understand me, an American. There is NO OPTION to cancel the merchant account, even though the online help said I MUST call this number to cancel it. The ROBOT says I have to contact customer service for "all other" options. Wait, what??? I thought this number WAS CUSTOMER SERVICE. It transfers me. And says they are CLOSED, that they close at 3pm PT. Um....It's 1:25 PM Central time. They are supposed to be open.

The specific department for QuickBooks Payments' support hours is from Mondays to Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PM PST. You can check this article for more information: Contact Payments or Point of Sale Support.

I use SQUARE as my processor. They are connected
Quickbooks connected me to their credit card processing service which I never wanted and want to cancel but "customer service" is a robot and the human ones (I guess) are not open when they say they are.
Very disappointed. Second time I have needed them and couldn't talk to a person.
Looking at other accounting programs now.

Thanks. That link worked. Why does their link inside Quickbooks that says close account not take you to the proper page to accomplish this? It says to call a phone number with the wrong hours.

Intuit needs to engage another merchant service provider, the existing one is horrible and doesn't support the hours client need to resolve issues.  Hold times are over 30 minutes, and then they generally can't resolve issues even after you've spent hours on the phone with them.  INTUIT "BOT" is a nuisance. I've lost time and money trying to connect with anyone that can resolve my merchant service issues, and find myself on hold again, the 3rd day in a row.  I echo your frustration, it's incomprehensible.
