This relates to "Is sub-customer" setup in Customer information screen.
"Bill with parent" refers to invoicing customer's parent address
"Bill this customer" refers to invoicing sub customer's address (which normally is different than parent customer's address).
This helps to track A/R Aging report and other customer sales data separately.
