Hi Guys


In my company profile i am not able to cancel my subscription whilst i am on free trial it is not showing the cancel button at all. Please on what i can do apart from calling as i am from abroad. Do you have an email address that i could contact regarding this issue.

We're sorry to see you go. However, let me assist you with the process.


To make sure you have the Cancel option in QuickBooks Online (QBO), please sign in as as Administrator. Once done, follow the steps I've laid out below:

  1. Click the Gear icon, and choose Account and Settings.
  2. Click Billing and Subscription.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel (paid subscription) or Cancel Trial (if you’re using a trial).
  4. Select Continue to Cancel, then Continue to Cancel again.
  5. Finally, answer the exit survey questions (to help us make QuickBooks better), then scroll down and select Confirm Cancel.
