I'm trying to change to my new mailing address. When I enter it in, it's changing the 'city' name. The city name, however, is not technically correct. It keeps defaulting to the 'suggested'. How do I override this?

If you can update the details without any issues, let's switch back to the regular browser and clear its cache. The process helps increase the loading time of web pages and increases the performance of QuickBooks.
In case private browsing doesn't work, use another supported web engine. This way, you'll get the most secure experience with the program and determine if the issue is browser-related.

This did not work. I tried 2 other browsers, erased the cache. I enter in the city, click save, then it says "our suggestion" with options to 'save' or 'back'. Save puts in QB's suggested name, and back just puts me back to where I enter it in.
I can't change the company address, client facing address, or the legal address to what I want it to be/more accurate for my business.

The program does suggestions, then you have the option to enter manually, then after you enter it in manually, the program will then show you the suggested address again and you have no option to either select it or use the one you had just entered in manually.
