Why can't I see the answer to the question I posted?  I click the link and it sends me to the Support Screen.

Let’s get the link working by performing some basic troubleshooting steps. You can start by viewing the answer using the private or incognito windows.


These sessions don’t save information like cookies or history, all the browser tracking get deleted. Here's how:


  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're able to open the post successfully, go back to the regular browser and clear its cache to start fresh. When you visit different sites, your browser saves the data in temporary storage.


You should periodically run this process for the browser to function more efficiently. If you continue to get the same result, click here to open the post.

I need to reach support on the phone. Quickbooks is not installed on my computer due to a crash and I cannot figure out how to contact telephone support. I purchased support and have a case number aand a number identifying my support policy

You can run the QuickBooks Install Tool to help you install the application. This helps your app to fix the most-related errors.


If you still encounter the same issue, then contact our phone support. They can check why you're unable to install the application. You can also provide them the case number so they can easily pull up your previous case.


Here's how to reach out to them:

  1. Go to this page:
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Select Continue as guest.
  4. Choose your QuickBooks version.
  5. Select Download, install, update.
  6. Choose how you'll want to contact them.
