If you're referring to the GoPayment swiper, transactions will automatically flows on your QuickBooks Online. However, if your using the GoPayment app for mobile, approved funds are typically deposited into your bank account within 2 to 3 business days.
If transactions are still not showing within the given turnaround time, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Merchant Services department. They have the tools to check and verify the status of these transactions.
