Tracking revenue for online sales

I am hoping someone in this group can suggest the best/correct method to track our internet revenue. We have a kludgy method that works but is cumbersome.

Background: We receive several payments each day from customers that purchase our online, intangible products. This revenue is sent to our bank account via Stripe integration with our website and we never invoice customers in QB. Customer and payment tracking is not required - just revenue.

Current Method: We create a single invoice each month for an artificial amount. When payments come in, we receive them as Account Receivable, then apply the payments to the invoice. We then adjust the monthly invoice to exactly match that months' payments.

Software Used: We are currently using QB 2019 for Mac after upgrading from Windows after many years.
