Transacciones disappear from merchant services window after says pending?

I'm here to take care of your concern about the pending transactions from the Merchant Services window, @classccourier-gm.

The pending credit card transactions signify that the merchant is carrying out the necessary checks to approve them. Transactions disappear when there's a mistake by the merchant or the approval of the transactions. You may reach out to our designated Support Team for further assistance. From there, a live representative can look into your account securely and review the status of the transactions.

For the support's contact details, you can open this link: Contact Payments or Point of Sale Support.

You can also check out the topics from this link for more tips and resources while working with your QBSE transactions in the future: Help articles, video tutorials, and more.

So this means I made some kind of mistake? I had checked and the transactions went thru but still showed pending as of earlier today. And even when I search by the ID number that was emailed to me it’s says that ID doesn’t exhaust. So does this mean I did something wrong? I feel like somebody maybe paid for my services with a fake or stolen card😥

Thank you for getting back, @classccourier-gm.

As much as I want to identify the exact reason for this issue, I won't be able to do it here in the Community for the security of your account and other personal information. Thus, I suggest contacting our Merchant Support for further investigation. Our Support Team has extra tools that can help determine the main cause of this behavior. They can also identify whether the payments were processed through a fake or stolen card.

If you have any other QuickBooks concerns aside from your Merchant transactions, let me know by adding a comment below. I'm more than happy to help. Have a good one!
