QBO operates in sticky mode, so your most recent selection will automatically apply the same option the next time you use the feature. That being said if you want to default the review and send option, you can select it from the dropdown menu.
Since the option isn’t highlighted, I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting instructions to see if it's a browser-related issue. QuickBooks experiences unusual behavior due to stored internet cache files. Let's begin by opening your account in an incognito or private window and completing the activity again.
