Let's fix the error you're getting when updating the credit card to ensure your billing information up to date. 

 

It's possible you're getting a payroll subscription alert. To get past to it, you'll need to follow the steps outlined in the following article base on the alert you received: Update or renew your subscription.

 

If updating the credit card or getting the tax table update does not remove the alert in QuickBooks, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support. They can pull up your account in a secure environment to further isolate this issue and make sure your billing information is correct.
