unable to change credit card for payroll service. One you have on file has expired.

When attempting to edit credit card info it does not accept changes. I also do not see the Change payment page.

I'm here to help change/update your credit card for payroll service.

 

To update your billing information, you must be signed in to your Account Maintenance page using your Intuit user ID and password. Once you've signed in, you'll be able to update your billing information under the Annual Billing Details. The level of information and the link that can be selected may vary depending on your contact role. If you do not see any information under the Billing Details box, this means that you are not the current billing contact of the account.

 

However, if you cannot update the credit card information from there, you may need to reach out to our QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Support to help you further.

 

To contact support: 

 

  1. Go to: https://payroll.intuit.com/support/contact/?infosrc=qs&service=16.
  2. Click on Contact us.
  3. Click on Account.
  4. Select Update Credit Card.
  5. Click on View Contact Info.
