Unable to process payment

Let's sort this out so you can process your payment transactions, accounting376.

 

Did you encounter a specific error when doing it? What page in QuickBooks Online you encountered the error? What else did you do?

 

Meanwhile, we can do basic troubleshooting steps as our first attempt in fixing the problem. Cache boosts browser's background processes. However, it can also cause issues when piled up. Here's how to get rid of any cache-related issues:

  1. Log in your QBO account in a private browser. It uses but doesn't store cache.
  2. If you can process payments successfully, we can go back to your regular browse and clear the cache.
  3. Other supported browsers are good alternatives, too. Each of them uses a different cache.

Unable to process payment

HI, Im having difficulties registering transactions on Quickbook all of a sudden, is there any issue regarding this software? This has never happened.

I’m glad you’re here, @MetropoliAdm. I can help you download bank transactions into QuickBooks Online.

 

Let's look at some troubleshooting to see if we can get your browser to work properly.

 

Here's how to do it:

 

1. Restart your browser.

2. Log in to your account and try to download the transaction in an incognito or private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

  • To open Google Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N: 
  • For Mozilla & Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • In Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.               

3. If it works on the private browser, you can go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache.

4. Then try to process the said file again using your regular browser
