Unapplied Cash Payment Income

Hi there, Zjan.

Thanks for joining us here in the Community. I'm happy to offer some info regarding the balance in your QuickBooks account.

If there are any uncertainties with account balances, it's always a good idea to complete monthly reconciliations. Reconciling verifies each transaction in your account according to what's on your bank statement. Here are the links that provide step-by-step details about reconciling your account:

You may also consider creating journal entries to resolve any questions about account balances. However, when using a journal entry it's always a good idea to consult with your accountant first. If you don't currently have an accountant you can find one in your area that is specifically trained in QuickBooks by searching the ProAdvisor site.

If you need additional assistance please don't hesitate to reach back out in the comments below. I'll be here to help in any way that I can.
