URGENT: Gopayment Not Recognizing Account

My Gopayment app is not recognizing my signin credentials. I need to use the EMV card reader TODAY. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Do wish that there was some Quickbooks customer service available on Sundays!

Some Payments Admin may encounter an error message upon logging in to the GoPayment app. To make sure you’re able to login with your credentials, verify if you have the most recent version of the GoPayment app available.
