Using "softpay" Verifone Credit Card services how to connect it with QB

Integrating with a third-party merchant services is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. You'll want to record the transactions manually, or sign up for QuickBooks Payments. I've got this article for more details: Connect your QuickBooks Payments account to QuickBooks Online.

For recording the payment manually, you can follow these steps:

1. On the left navigation menu, select + New.
2. Under Customers, select Receive payment.
3. Enter the payment information and make sure to choose Undeposited Funds from the Deposit To drop-down menu.
4. Hit the Save and Close button.

Once done, record a deposit and select the payment you just recorded.

Here's how:

1. From the + New menu, select Bank deposit.
2. Under Select the payments included in this deposit, put a check mark on the payment.
3. Click the Save and close button.
