Vendor Auto Pay that isn't recurring

Hello, is there a way for me to trigger my Supervisor that a bill that I enter can be paid online versus printing a check? Other than an obvious email, LOL! These are not monthly, or recurring bills. Some vendors just prefer to be paid online, but do not submit the invoices through QB.

Thanks!

You can pay bills from vendors with Online Bill Pay in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

  1. In QuickBooks, select + New.
  2. Click Pay Bills Online.
  3. Tick the checkbox on the bills you want to pay, then Next.
  4. Review the payment info. If you need to make any updates, tap Edit details.

Note: The Memo field will only appear on Paper Checks.

Thank you, however, we do not have the "Pay Bills Online" feature. At least not that I can find. I can't seem to do a screen shot to show you.
