What does it take for a Credit Card payment to be released from "Pending" status??

Two of my clients chose to pay the invoice I sent them using the Credit Card Payment Feature in QB Self Employed, which in principle is cool.
Except that one client paid their invoice 4 + days ago and the transaction is still in "Pending" status and of course no funds has been deposited in the Business Bank Account I associated with my QB Self Employed.
The second transaction is much more recent and for a much smaller amount and that transaction of course, is also in "Pending" Status.
Is this normal?????
Or am I missing something?
Is there something I am supposed to do, dance, sing, recite a magic mantra for Intuit to release my money? What am I missing?|
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Jacques

Good day, Jacques.

It seems that these are your first payments with QuickBooks Payments.

The first set of payments will be deposited within 5 business days. This is to make sure that your account is established so we can avoid issues in processing it. Once everything's good, the funds will be deposited much faster.

Also, you can always get in touch with our Customer Support Team if you haven't received the funds after 5 banking days. They can check and see what's going on with it.

You may also check this article to find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

I'll be here if you have more concerns. Wishing you all the best!
