What steps do I need to take to point my existing QB POS client to a new version of QB desktop 2020 on a new windows 10 computer?
Lucas, Thank you for the link I have followed the steps but am not able to connect the POS to the new version of QB Desktop 2020 on windows 10. When I get to the point "Set up qb connection now" it doesn't find it. I have tried the suggestions to reboot both computers and both apps and also refreshing the Integrated Application preferences. Any suggestions?
If it's not giving you the option to connect, at this point, your best bet would be to reach out to Point of Sale support so a Point of Sale agent can work with you in determining why it's not allowing you to connect to the new Desktop.
