When I upload the payment receipt it changes my taxes compared to not having it uploaded
I'm going back to upload the PDFs of each PayPal transaction, which the transaction is already logged and split into a Income, Sales Tax, and Shipping (if needed). But when I am uploading the PDFs my taxes owed (projected) increases, after going back and reviewing things the only change is uploading the PDF compared to not having an attached PDF. I even went back and just deleted the PDF uploaded and it brought the numbers down on taxes. Any ideas why this would happen?
Also it screws up my category labels changing sales tax to income or shipping costs, it also matches that amount of income or shipping cost, making the total of the transaction not equal to what the books has it at based on the category split.

Thanks for bringing this matter to my attention, bryans2121.
It will be my pleasure to help you get to the bottom of this and make sure you're able to upload receipts without any problem.
This sort of behavior is often the result of browser hang-ups which can be quickly resolved by clearing the browser cache. However, I recommend accessing your account in a Private browsing window first to verify if this is caused by the system or your browser.
Let me provide the keyboard shortcuts below that will help you accomplish this in all supported browsers:
Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P
Once you're logged into your account, try to upload your receipts again. If this works, that means there's too much accumulation of cache in your browser which can impact QuickBooks processes and cause this kind of behavior.
