Where can I see the 2.99% charge fee of intuit for customer paid with Card?

Fees are automatically posted in the account you've assigned for Processing fees in the Payments settings in QuickBooks Online. Therefore, there's no need to record them manually.
If you want to check the transactions for the fees, you can open the account in the Chart of accounts.
