Where do I go to set the check signature up please?

How's your day going so far? I hope it has been great.

At this time, the ability to add a signature to checks via QuickBooks Online (QBO) is currently unavailable. I understand the importance of having this option when using QBO. With that said, I think this is the perfect time to mention our Feedback feature.

You can send our Product Development Team a Feedback request that includes your opinions on how we can better the software. Our Developers review each request and consider them all for future updates. If you'd like to send in your thoughts, you can use the link I'm including below.

However, the QuickBooks Online mobile app has the option to include signatures on invoices and estimates. If you are interested in this feature, you can review the guide below.

That's weird. Was it available before, but currently isn't?  Desktop has had this ability for about 20 years.  You'd think Online, which Intuit claims is an "upgrade" to Desktop, would have it too. Right?

It's not. Intuit is or should be painfully aware of how backwards QuickBooks Online is - how many features it is missing compared to Desktop. Asking customers to tell them again is pointless - especially since you already understand the importance of the feature. Right?
