Hi, @seabrook564.

 

We can check how quickly your customer payments are deposited into your bank account. Here's how to do it:

 

For QuickBooks Online (QBO):

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
  2. Then, go to the Payments tab.
  3. Check the Deposit Speed section.

 

For the Merchant Services account:

 

1. Log in to the Merchant Service Center.  

2. Navigate to the Activity & Reports tab and select All Statements.

3. Find your most recent statement and click on View.

4. Enter the last four digits of your Tax ID number to continue.  

5. Check the date in the Activity Summary section to see when the deposit was made.
