Hello Innovations. It means the system has paused the transfer to complete a standard security check on the bank details. It helps verify that the funds are secure before they are deposited into your bank account.
For now, please go to the Sales & Get Paid menu and head over to the Deposited tab to check if the status says Withheld. Then, log in to your Merchant Service Center and review the Settings and Alerts section for any messages requesting an invoice or bank statement.
