Initially, this feature will be available to a small percentage of auto-enabled QuickBooks Online users, allowing us to ensure a smooth rollout and gather valuable user feedback. Following this initial launch, we intend to gradually expand access to this feature over the subsequent months.
Given this approach, it is likely that some clients already have access to this option, while others don't. Thus, it's possible that your client's QuickBooks account doesn't have access to this option yet. As we continue with the rollout, more users will gain access to this convenient feature, enhancing the flexibility and efficiency of their payment processes.
I understand that this may be an inconvenience, and I want to assure you that our goal is to make this feature available to all our users as soon as possible.
