There are several possible reasons why your deposits aren't being processed as instant deposits, Peyton.
Not all payments qualify for instant deposits. Transactions that aren't included as part of your available balance are not eligible. Also, customer payments received between 2:15 and 3:15 PM PT can't be scheduled for instant deposit.
You can only use Instant Deposit up to 5 times each day, and your limit resets daily. Deposit times can also vary due to third-party delays.
