Buy nowWhen will a customers credit card payment deposit into my account?
For new users, the first few deposits may take up to five business days while QuickBooks sets up your merchant account, Loren. Once your account setup is complete, your payments will typically deposit much faster, usually within two business days. Let me share more details about our deposit timelines.
The speed of deposits depends on the product you are using and the type of payment involved. Standard deposits are processed daily except for Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Conversely, Instant Deposits are processed every day of the year without exception.
You can verify your deposit speed through QuickBooks Online or the Merchant Service Center. If you do not use QuickBooks Online, your deposit speed can be checked in the Merchant Service Center. Here's how to find out how long it takes to deposit payments you processed in each product.

I am new to quickbooks and signed up for CC processing, once I got finished with the setup, I was able to send an invoice for payment to my client, client paid inmediately but I still do not have the money that was paid for this transaccion, I called several times to support and they told me that my account was flag as "suspicious" and that I will get a letter with explanation. It has been almost a month and still no letter, tech support claims that they do not have a phone number for me to call and find out, meanwhile my money is tied up in limbo and I am not able to continue with my business.
Is there anyone here that can help me? Seems like Quickbooks does not care.
Please help!!
