You sent me my debit card, but I haven’t received it.

I received an email asking me to activate my debit card, but I never actually received the card itself. As far as I remember, I chose the digital version, not a physical card. Can you check what happened?

I appreciate your reaching out regarding a debit card that you haven't received from QuickBooks Online (QBO), Ddanielyan011. Let me route you to our live support team so they can further assist you.

 

When you get approved for a QuickBooks Checking account through QuickBooks or QuickBooks Money, you'll receive a physical QuickBooks debit card, even if you selected the digital version. This process usually takes 7 to 10 business days.

 

While you wait for your physical card to arrive in the mail, you can use a virtual card. If you received an email asking you to activate your debit card despite choosing the digital option, our Live Payments Support Team can help check the status of your QuickBooks Checking debit card. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select Search and open any article, then press the Contact Us button.
  3. Select a topic or enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
  4. Choose the best way you'll want to reach out to us.

 

They can accommodate you Mondays to Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
