Overview
You need the information to fill out box 1 of the Certified Payroll form for employees in the Premier Contractor version of QuickBooks.
The information for box 1 is found in the Detailed Certified Payroll report.

You can complete box 1 of the Certified Payroll form.

You have a Premier Contractor edition of QuickBooks.
Details
To fill out box 1 of the Certified Payroll form:
- Open the Certified Payroll - Box 1 Employee Information report.
- Choose Reports > Contractor.
- Click Certified Payroll - Box 1 Employee Information. The Detailed Certified Payroll report, which provides all employee information, also includes the necessary information to fill out box 1 of a Certified Payroll form for your active employees.
