What to do if your EFTPS enrollment is rejected

Did your EFTPS enrollment get rejected? Don’t worry, most times this just means your EIN, Zip code, or Legal name you used on your application didn’t match with the IRS records.

To resolve your EFTPS rejection

  1. Go to Payroll menu.
  2. Follow the on-screen steps to enter your missing info.
    Note: You can only fix one piece of information. If you need to fix more than one piece of information, please contact us.

Once you update your information, you should see an updated approval within 24 hours. Then, you can process your tax payments electronically.
