These updates provide the most current and accurate rates and calculations for supported state and federal tax tables, payroll tax forms and e-file and pay options. What’s included in Payroll Update 22002 (December 26, 2019)

Tax table update

  • This tax table includes new withholding tables for California, Colorado, Illinois, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, and South Carolina.
  • Action is required for the following states: Colorado and North Dakota.
  • This tax table includes updated withholding tables for: Kentucky.
  • This tax table includes other changes for Alaska, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Utah.

Forms update

  • For Enhanced Payroll subscribers, this payroll update includes state forms that were added for the following states: Montana and North Dakota.
  • For Enhanced Payroll subscribers, this payroll update includes state forms that were updated for the following states: District of Columbia, Idaho, Maryland, Mississippi, and Wisconsin.

e-File and Pay update

  • For Enhanced Payroll for Accountants payroll subscribers E-File & Pay, this update includes updated e-filing options for the following: Form 940 for Reporting Agents, and Form 944 for Reporting Agents.
  • For E-File & Pay, this Payroll Update includes e-filing options that were added for the following: Montana and North Dakota.
  • For payroll subscribers E-File & Pay, this update includes updated e-filing options for the following: Form 940, Form 944, and Wisconsin.
